As a relatively small firm, we streamline the staffing of our matters. Our associates therefore have significant responsibility in handling matters directly with members of the firm. We look for lawyers who have excellent academic qualifications, are able to take initiative and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. Given the nature of our practice, many associates join us after completing judicial clerkships or practicing at other highly-regarded law firms.
